Villa Ruj is situated in the Kordere area of Kalkan, about a 10-minute drive from the town centre. It is a 1-bedroom property suitable for couples or solo travellers, offering views across the bay and the islands. This single-level villa includes a private infinity pool, a heated indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, and a rustic stone design both indoors and outdoors, making it an efficient option for a holiday getaway.

Interiors

The only floor of Villa Ruj has everything needed for a self-catering stay. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas are traditional and spacious, with large glass sliding doors allowing access to the pool terrace and providing beautiful sea views. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, and all the utensils needed. The living area features a comfortable sofa, armchair, coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A dining table seating up to 4 people is suitable for indoor dining.

The double bedroom with en-suite shower room is tastefully decorated with calming blue furnishings. There are bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and a Jacuzzi bath within the room itself. Through glass sliding doors at the end of the bedroom, there is an indoor pool(which can be heated at an additional cost ) with floor-to-ceiling glass panels on two sides, offering incredible vistas from multiple angles. The main pool terrace can also be accessed from the bedroom.

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for guests.

Outdoors

The outdoor space boasts a generously sized private infinity pool that offers uninterrupted sea views and blends seamlessly with the natural landscape. At one end, there is a cascading waterfall feature, while steps at the other end provide easy access to the pool. The pool terrace features sun loungers, a parasol, and cushioned seating with a coffee table. There is also an alfresco dining table seating four and a BBQ, making it suitable for daytime lounging and outdoor dining.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
