Villa Royal Merchant is located in Kiziltas area of Kalkan, situated in an elevated position. Advantage of the location, the villa has marvellous Kalkan Bay views including Mouse and Snake Islands. The property has 5 bedrooms sleeps up to 10 guests. There are two jacuzzies, one is situated on the roof top terrace. This contemporary villa offers great moments within its spacious interior and exterior areas. On the lower ground of the villa, there are open plan living area with comfortable sofas, pool table and bar.

The lounge area is a modern area for entertaining. Open plan living room features L-shape furnitures, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV, dining table, air conditioning, complimentary internet and WC. Sliding glass doors lead out from the living area to the pool terrace.

Elegantly designed kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Spacious outside area has a large infinity pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
