The property has 4 bedrooms and provide accommodation for 8 guests. It has been designed extensively for both larger families and larger groups of friends. You can experience a peaceful, quiet and enjoyable holiday at this multi room villa. Undoubtedly, Villa Rosso which is has the most beautiful view of Kalkan. Its interior design is as luxurious and modern as its exterior. All bedrooms are designed as en suite bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms with a jacuzzi facing the endless view. Villa Rosso has a lovely sea view that you can admire from all the rooms and witness the unique sunset. In addition, the property is fully air conditioned.

Living Room 

The spacious living room includes stylish furtinutes, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV, air conditioning, complimentary internet and WC including washing machine. Sliding glass doors provide an easy access through the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a stylish open plan room found on the ground floor with the living room. It features an island unit, dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, water dispenser, microwave, toaster, oven, hob and all the utensils required for your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool area is sheltered so that it can not be seen from the outside and offers you a peaceful and pleasant pool experience. Our pool terrace includes a sizeable pool with integrated jacuzzi, sun loungers, parasols, a swing, outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and BBQ. A table tennis is also available, it is situated in the garden behind the villa. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
