Villa Porto is a phenomenal 3-bedroom luxury villa situated a little above the shoreline in the Kisla district of Kalkan, with voluminous outside space following a tiered pattern down to a private waterfront platform. The multiple outdoor areas of Villa Porto allow guests to relax, with two infinity pools and ample areas of shade and sun all set in attractive mature gardens, providing a good level of privacy. Incredible views over the bay and looking across Kalkan town can be appreciated throughout the property, which is spaced over two floors. The interior is equally as striking as the exterior, with the use of natural materials in the property's construction and bespoke furnishings giving this villa a high-end country home feel. First Floor

The entrance to the villa is from the first floor, at the rear of the property. This level is 100 m2 in size and features two very large master bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms with double basins, and luxurious in-room Jacuzzi bathtubs. These bedrooms are tastefully decorated, giving a homely feel, with bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and a shared private terrace furnished with comfortable seating, a table, and a rattan ‘egg’ chair.

Ground Floor

Stairs from the entrance level descend to the ground floor, where a hallway leads to the living room, kitchen, and third bedroom. A guest WC is also conveniently on this level.

The kitchen has everything required for a self-catering stay, including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, and all the utensils needed. A large window looks out onto the terrace with sea views. The lounge has a comfortable leather sofa, armchair, rocking chair, coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. At one end of the room, glass doors open onto the courtyard area, and at the other, glass doors open onto the veranda.

The third bedroom, a spacious twin with an en-suite shower room, is located on the ground floor. This room has a bedside table, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and can be arranged into a double if requested.

Outdoors 

The outside areas of Villa Porto make this property stand out, as it’s spread over multiple levels heading down towards the inviting turquoise Mediterranean Sea.

To begin with, the courtyard to the rear of the ground floor is a quaint stone-paved area with a trellis above, creating shade and adding greenery. It is complete with tables and chairs, ideal for unwinding with a good book.

The veranda, shaded by the first-floor terrace, features chairs and a side table, an alfresco dining table seating 6, and a BBQ. The stone arches of the villa provide perfect frames of the bay ahead. Outdoor stairs around the corner from the veranda along the side of the property ascend to the entrance level.

The substantial pool terrace surrounds the split-level infinity pool. On the upper level, guests can find stylish sun loungers, a daybed, and parasols. The lower-level pool is shallower, making it suitable for children, with two tropical palm trees sprouting out from the corners and sunken seating just below the water’s surface. More sun loungers, along with a matching L-shaped cushioned sofa and coffee table, are on this level, showcasing the inspiring vistas.

Steps from the upper pool terrace lead down to the lower garden area, vibrant in colour with a landscaped green lawn. A path heads to a cabana-style double lounger with tranquil white drapes and side tables overlooking Kisla Bay.

Further steps are cut into the hillside from the garden that descend to the impressive private sea platform. This double-level wooden platform is just above sea level, complete with sun loungers, parasols, and steps leading directly into the alluring sea.

Guests can also find a separate spa and leisure area, including gym equipment, a sauna, and a cinema room for cosy nights in.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Things to note 

This villa has strict check-in and check-out days, which are every Saturday. Stays of 1 week or two weeks will be confirmed, but stays of odd nights, such as ten nights, will not be confirmed as this leaves gaps in the booking calendar.
