Villa Phi, nestled in the serene Kiziltas area of Kalkan, is an exquisite getaway just a 15-20 minute walk from the town center and its varied amenities. This elegant retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across its 3 en-suite bedrooms. One of these rooms features a luxury jacuzzi, while the top-floor bedroom houses a freestanding bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The interiors of Villa Phi are tastefully furnished with an air of sophistication and the fully equipped kitchen meets all culinary needs. The property also boasts a multitude of lavish amenities such as a heated indoor pool, a sauna, a cinema room, and a gym room for a truly immersive holiday experience. Externally, it offers a large pool terrace that commands sea views. You can lounge on sunbeds in the shallow end or enjoy the invigorating sensation of jacuzzi jets in the pool.

Note : The indoor pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of £200 weekly.

Living Room

The living room is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, a flat screen TV, a coffee table, complimentary wifi and a separate WC. Full height glass windows provide access to the outer terrace.

Kitchen

Well-equipped kitchen features a round dining table, a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, oven, hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering break.

Terrace and Pool

The large pool terrace features a private pool with jacuzzi jets, shallow area with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, swing, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
