Villa Peru is located in Ordu area of Kalkan. It has 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. The master bedrooms has a jacuzzi bath. This beautiful villa is perfect for honeymooners or small families. The property features a heated indoor pool, private outdoor pool, sauna, hammam, pool table, table tennis and table football. Kalkan town center, restaurants, shops and beach clubs can be reaced within a 10-minute drive from the villa.

Things to note

Please be aware that the villa is comprised of three floors. The ground floor and first floor are part of Villa Peru, while the second floor is occupied by another villa with a private pool. However, this does not affect the privacy of the villa in question

 The villa is accessed by a series of descending steps, so it may not be suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs

The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £15 daily

There is no heating system in the hammam of the villa

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : First floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features a L-shape sofa, a coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
