Villa Parle is situated in the Akbel area of Kalkan and can accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms.  The villa's pool area is set in a natural environment, providing a pleasant holiday experience. From the terrace, guests can enjoy magnificent views of Kalkan Bay. It is an ideal option for groups of friends and large families, as well as for guests with conservative sensitivities, providing a suitable holiday environment.

The living room offers a comfy L-shape sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, soundbar and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, rattan outdoor seating, swing seats, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
