Villa Ozge 2, one of the neighboring villas situated in the Ortaalan area below the D400 road in Kalkan. It is just a 20-minute walk to the town center, restaurants, shops, and beach clubs and a 10-12 minute walk to supermarkets. The villa features 4 en-suite bedrooms with double beds. Two of the bedrooms have balconies while one has a terrace, providing mesmerising sea views. Additionally, one of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi. The villa offers a spacious living room and kitchen with full-height glass doors that fill the rooms with natural light. The pool terrace is generously sized with a private pool that includes an integrated children's pool.

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

It has a sizeable private pool with an integrated children's pool. The pool terrace features comfy sun loungers, parasols, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
