Villa Oscar is a charming villa situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan. It is located just a minute's walk from Kalkan Beach Park and Green Beach Club, offering easy access to the beach and coastal relaxation. Kalkan town centre is approximately a half-hour walk away, but guests can also opt for water taxis from Kalkan Beach Park during the day if they want. The property comprises two en-suite bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a luxurious jacuzzi bath. The living space and kitchen are both delightful and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The pool terrace is a haven of relaxation, featuring a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and parasols for soaking up the sun. A pergola-shaded kosk offers a tranquil spot to unwind, while an al fresco dining table and BBQ provide opportunities for outdoor meals and socialising.

The living room features two sofas, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, pergola shaded kosk, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
