Villa Oasis is a recent addition to our collection for 2025 and is situated in a sought-after location close to the sea, just a 10-minute stroll from the Old Town and harbour of Kalkan. It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms sleeping up to 12 guests. Two double bedrooms are luxurious master suites with breathtaking sea views and standalone baths. This exceptional villa is distinctive among the limited number of Kalkan villas in a central position, providing generous living spaces and various facilities, making it perfect for large groups in search of unparalleled comfort. 

Villa Oasis stands out not only for its prime location and expansive layout but also for its impressive features, including two swimming pools, with the larger one stretching 13.5 metres in length. The villa also features expansive furnished terraces and balconies, table tennis, and a built-in BBQ. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors perfectly frame the stunning sea and mountain vistas, ensuring a truly spectacular experience for guests staying at this remarkable property in Kalkan.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is an open-plan, with a fully equipped kitchen and a central island that seamlessly flows into the dining space and extends into the lounge area, which has two sofas, three armchairs, a coffee table set and a wall-mounted TV adorned with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breathtaking sea views.

The ground floor houses the first four bedrooms of the property: two double and two twin bedrooms. The double bedrooms feature en suite shower rooms, bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. One of the double bedrooms has direct access to the pool terrace, while the other opens onto the garden. Twin bedrooms also have bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes; they share a bathroom on this floor.

First Floor

The first floor is entirely dedicated to 2 identical master suites with king-size beds, bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, freestanding deep-fill bathtubs, double basins, and shower rooms. The bedrooms open up to a spacious terrace featuring comfortable rattan seating areas on either side, allowing guests to take in the breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay.

Outdoors

The outdoor area is truly stunning, featuring not just one but two large pools and very spacious pool terraces with comfortable sun loungers for twelve guests. There are also parasols, an outdoor shower, a shaded seating area, a table tennis table, an al-fresco dining table and a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Things to note

If you are travelling with a larger group and would like to have more than one property nearby, Villa Oasis is located next to the 4-bedroom Villa Iris and Villa Dionysus.

This property prefers bookings from Monday to Monday, especially for peak dates.
