Every aspect has been carefully considered, from the jacuzzi baths overlooking the sea to the fully equipped kitchen, electrically controlled curtains, and well-placed indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas. It is situated 3 kilometres from the centre of Kalkan and can be easily accessed by car in a mere 5 minutes, providing a serene retreat.

Ground Floor

The property's ground floor boasts a generous and well-lit open-plan living area, a WC, and a double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, built-in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and a breakfast bar with four stools for self-catering. A large glass dining table is available for six guests. The living space features a flat-screen smart TV, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table. The kitchen, living, and dining areas offer stunning sea views and direct access to the pool terrace.

The villa's first bedroom is located on this floor and features a double bed, an armchair, a dressing area with a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, a Jacuzzi bath, an en-suite bathroom, and stunning vistas. You can directly access the pool terrace through the sliding glass doors.

First Floor

A staircase with high ceilings leads from the ground floor to the first-floor landing, where guests can access the expansive roof terrace. The terrace has a plush sofa, a set of armchairs, and a glass-top tennis table. The entire space offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and mountains below.

The villa's second bedroom is located on this floor and features a double bed, an armchair, a dressing area with a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, a Jacuzzi bath, and an en-suite bathroom. It also features a private balcony offering spectacular sea views and is furnished with two cosy armchairs and a side table.

Lower Ground Floor

The third bedroom at Villa Noi is designed like a guest house beneath the garage. Its entrance is separate from the main villa, making it an ideal option for older teens or adults who want independence or extra peace and privacy. This suite has a double bed, a dressing table area, a wall-mounted TV, a fridge, and an en-suite bathroom.

Outdoors

The villa's exterior features a 10m x 4m infinity saltwater pool with a separate Jacuzzi section, six sun loungers, and two large parasols strategically positioned for guests to bask in the sun and relish the views. There is a seating area under the pergola beside the pool, along with a portable BBQ on the pool terrace.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per cleaning.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Note: If you are travelling with a larger group and would like to have more than one property nearby, Villa Noi is situated next to Villa Kai and Villa Zoe.

Note: Please be aware that the final 200 meters of the road approaching the villa are a bit steep and uneven. Therefore, it's recommended to use SUV cars.
