It is a 15-minute walk to Zest, Palm and Denizim Beach Clubs. Kalkan town center, restaurants and shops can also be reached within a 25-minute walk. This luxurious villa offers a private swimming pool which can be heated, a plenty of space for relaxing and a pool terrace for outdoor activities. The property has an accommodation capacity of 4 people with its 2 en-suite bedrooms. Inside, It features an open plan living area and kitchen. Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
