Featuring heated indoor pool, sauna, two jacuzzis, pool table and cinema area makes the property a unique option for a great holiday.

Note : The indoor pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating and sauna fee is extra 150 GBP weekly. Sauna usage is limited with 1 hour per day.

4. Bedroom : Rooftop floor, A double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom has a furnished sea-faced terrace.

Living Room

Living room includes comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, dining table, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Elegantly designed kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Pool Terrace

There is a large infinity pool and integrated children's pool. Pool terrace comprise comfy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, swing, al fresco dining table and BBQ. The property is surrounded with grass area at the back and side. This area offers children's playground and hammock. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
