Villa Mudur is a beautifully designed, single-floor villa located in the Kordere area of Kalkan. It has a secluded layout and includes comfortable furnishings, as well as spacious indoor and outdoor areas that offer sea views. The villa features 2 en-suite bedrooms, suitable for small families looking for privacy and scenic sea and nature views.

Villa Mudur also features a table tennis setup for recreational activities. It is located less than a 10-minute drive from Kalkan town center, which offers restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. A supermarket, A101, is conveniently situated 100 meters from the villa.

Ground Floor

This lovely single-floor villa houses a spacious open-plan lounge area, fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and bedrooms on this floor. 

The lounge area has an L-shaped modern sofa, a walnut coffee table and a wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix access( via guests' own account ). The kitchen features a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. There is a walnut dining table for 4 in the kitchen area as well.

Guests can find the washing machine in a separate Guest's WC.

The villa's bedrooms are situated on this floor, and both have en-suite shower rooms.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe. The sliding glass doors open out onto the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe.

Outdoors

The villa's secluded pool terrace offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. It has a sizeable swimming pool with a shallow end. There are 2 sun loungers placed on the shallow area and 2 on the pool terrace. The area also includes a parasol, a swing seat, outdoor seating, table tennis, a pergola-shaded al fresco dining table, a built-in BBQ, and a poolside shower.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
