Villa Mirage Kas is an elegant and luxurious vacation spot with breathtaking views of the crystal-clear blue sea and nearby islands. This three-bedroom villa is located in the exclusive Peninsula area of Kas and offers its guests unmatched beauty from its spacious pool terrace and a private platform overlooking the sea. The interior is stylish and spacious, with three double bedrooms that can accommodate up to six guests. On the upper floor, you can relax on a large terrace with outdoor seating, making it the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee in paradise.

Living Room

The sea-view living room is bright and relaxed, with sliding doors leading onto the terrace and framing the natural views. Three steps lead down from the spacious entrance hallway to the living room, impeccably designed with a blend of modern furnishing and carefully selected Turkish touches. The lounge has a seating group, fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, free Wifi, air conditioning, coffee table and bespoke window seating.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is off the entrance hallway, with a large open wall overlooking the lounge. This space is bright and airy, with an indoor dining table to seat six. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils necessary for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Our guests use a private pool terrace and a walkway that leads down to the sea so you can swim in the amazing blue waters. The patio area is fully furnished with sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
