Villa Mirage Kalkan is a luxurious holiday property located in the peaceful area of Kalamar, Kalkan. With 4 spacious bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and furnished balconies facing the sea, this property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The interior design of the villa is chic and contemporary with tasteful furnishings and a beautiful color palette that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The exterior of the property is equally stunning, featuring a large sun and dining terrace with an infinity pool and a raised outdoor Jacuzzi. During the cooler months, the pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Living Room

Adjacent to the outer terrace and connected via floor-to-ceiling glass doors, the spacious living room is attractively arranged with a plush sofa, armchairs, and coffee table. The space is kitted out for entertainment with a 42 inch LCD television, DVD player, and sound system. A cloakroom and laundry room with washing facilities is located within the ground floor living space.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen has a full range of high-quality electrical appliances, which include a built-in microwave, oven, gas hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. To the centre is a large island that can be utilised as prep space and a breakfast bar with surrounding stools.

Terrace, Garden & Pool

Outside space at the villa is divided between two terraces, one at the pool level and a second on the roof. The main terrace is split between two levels, with steps leading down from the lounging area to the poolside. On the top half of the patio, rattan seating groups provide ample space for reclining in the shade and enjoying your morning coffee. There is an alfresco dining table and a stone-built BBQ to the side of the terrace so the whole family can enjoy feasting under the stars. At the lower section of the patio, the infinity pool is fringed with sun loungers, and the entire terrace is surrounded by stunning Mediterranean foliage and flora. The pool attendant provides daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
