The villa comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, one of the double bedroom is complete with a jacuzzi. The decor of Villa Milenia is a testament to chic elegance, with nicely selected furnishings adorning the spacious living room and fully-equipped kitchen. The villa's amenities extend beyond the mundane with a heated indoor pool, sauna, hammam and an engaging gaming area with table tennis, table football and a pool table. The outdoor experience at Villa Milenia is just as enrapturing. The well-appointed pool terrace houses a private swimming pool including a shallow end, ideal for children or leisurely wading. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, a conversation pit and a swing seat. The outdoor seating and the al fresco dining area offer an lovely setting for meals with mesmerizing sea views as your backdrop. Villa Milenia is only a quick 6-7 minute drive from the town center.

Note : The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £120 weekly from 1st May 2024 to 10th October 2024. It is included in the price from 10th October 2024 to 30th April 2025

Living Room

The modern living room features comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Full height sliding glasss doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

The stylish kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with a shallow end, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, swing seat, conversation pit, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
