It just is located 5 km away from the Patara Beach which is a well known sandy beach all over the world. The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodate up to 5 guests. It has been especially designed for our conservative guests or seekers of more privacy during their stay. The contemporary villa is exactly intertwined with nature, it has a large pool and a extensive green area which will provide you tranquility. 1st Bedroom : En suite bedroom, A double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

2nd Bedroom : En suite bedroom, a double bed, a single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

Our modern living room includes cosy furnitures, TV, complimentary wi-fi, air conditioning, satellite, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner. There is an access to the pool area thanks to sliding doors.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen has a large dining table and includes all necessary kitchen utensils such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, dinnerware for 5 people, pots and pans, glasses and cutlery.

Pool and  Garden

There is a private swimming pool in the sheltered garden. The garden includes a nicely picked sofa, a wall integrated BBQ, al fresco dining table under the pergola. There are also comfortable sun loungers and parasols. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
