Note : The prices displayed apply to the villa on a weekly basis and are based on two guests. These prices include breakfast, one set of return Dalaman airport transfers, a Captiva Jeep (or similar 7-seater vehicle delivered to the villa), a welcome pack, use of kayaks, and complimentary daily bread and water delivery. Please note that an additional charge of £350 will be applicable for each additional guest (aged 2 and above), regardless of the duration.

Elegant living room includes comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, dining table, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large swimming pool. Pool terrace comprise sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, table tennis, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Important Note : The booking terms for Villa Mavi Koy differ from our standard booking terms and conditions. Below, you will find the specific details regarding booking and cancellation policies that apply to reservations made for Villa Mavi Koy.

The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.

If a booking is made less than 10 weeks prior to arrival, the full balance must be paid in order to secure the booking.

Cancellation charges are calculated based on a percentage of the rental cost and are applied as follows:

Cancellations made more than 70 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 30% of the total cost.

Cancellations made between 69 and 43 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 75% of the total cost.

Cancellations made 42 days or fewer prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total cost.

These cancellation charges also apply to no-shows and early departures.
