Villa Mavi Kelebek is located in Kisla area of Kalkan where is approximately 5 to 10 minute walk from beach clubs and approximately 20 to 25 minute walk from Kalkan town centre, restaurants and shops.The villa has 6 bedrooms accommodate up to 13 guests, two of the bedrooms have jacuzzies. Marvellous views of Kalkan can been seen from nearly every room of the property. On the spacious pool terrace, you can relax and enjoy while swimming in the infinity pool or eating delicious foods.

Living Room

Open plan living area has comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee table, wall-mounted flat screen TV, complimentary wifi, air hockey and foosball. On the ground floor, there are WC and utilily room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors lead out from the living area to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

An island / breakfast bar is situated in the kitchen. Open plan well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, dining table, oven, hob and all the utensils required for a self catering stay.

Pool and  Garden 

Spacious outside area has a large infinity pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a hammock, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenances

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
