Villa Marcella is located in Kiziltas district of Kalkan with the sea views of Kalkan. This villa is one of two adjacent villas and has 4 spacious en suite bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms features a jacuzzi bath. The living room and kitchen are beautifully designed, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The outdoor area is truly precious with a private swimming pool on the pool terrace. The property is just a 20-25 minute walk to the town center, restaurants, shops and bars.

Well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace includes private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, al fresco dining area and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
