Villa Manila is a large 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom property recently refurbished to an exceptional standard. It presents a delightful blend of splendid outdoor spaces, elegant interiors, and a spacious private pool with a Jacuzzi, all complemented by stunning sea views. The chic interior design employs a soothing contemporary colour scheme, distinctive custom furnishings, and impeccable attention to detail. Situated in an elevated position in the Kalamar region of Kalkan, a 20-25 minute walk to the town centre or a short taxi ride away, with the closest restaurants, supermarkets, and popular beach clubs Kalamar and Lures within a 15-minute stroll. The villa features impressive amenities, including a rooftop bar, an outdoor games area, and luxurious accessories, making Villa Manila the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends.

Ground Floor

Entrance to the villa is via stairs from the first-floor parking area, leading to a beautiful landscaped courtyard and the front door. Guests are met with a spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, with a floating wooden staircase leading to the first floor on the right and guest WC on the left. Over to the right side of the open-plan area, the living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, rattan armchairs, a Samsung 4K Ultra TV, and a Bluetooth sound bar. It has been tastefully decorated with lighting and indoor plants.

To the left, a modern kitchen with composite marble worktops and high-quality appliances has everything required for a self-catering stay, including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, water cooler, and all the utensils needed. There is also an island/breakfast bar with four stools. Between the kitchen and living areas is a dining table seating 8, with beautiful pendant lighting above matching the indoor furniture.

The ground floor features floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors across the entire length of the property, making it bright and airy throughout, showcasing the endless views, and allowing access to the pool terrace from multiple areas.

First Floor

The first floor is home to 3 lavish double en-suite bedrooms, each with private furnished balconies and breathtaking sights across the Mediterranean Sea.

The first bedroom on the right of the stairs is characterised by shades of blue and yellow and comprises bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, an armchair, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A freestanding bathtub is in the bedroom, alongside the white marbled en-suite shower room. The balcony is furnished with two cushioned rattan chairs on either end.

The second, central bedroom with an en-suite shower room has a tropical theme and includes a bedside table, a wardrobe with mirrored doors, and a private balcony with a rattan chair. The final bedroom on this level is at the end of the hallway, with an en-suite shower room and a double basin unit. This room has bedside tables, a wardrobe, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a private furnished balcony.

Second Floor

A second wooden staircase takes guests to the top floor, which houses the master suite. This bedroom has bedside tables, a wardrobe, a dressing area, and en-suite facilities. Most impressively, the master suite has access to the 50 m2 wrap-around furnished roof terrace through sliding glass doors, providing uninterrupted panoramic views of both Kalamar and Kalkan Bays from multiple angles.

Outdoors

The outdoor space is vast, with the uniquely shaped infinity pool taking centre stage. The swimming pool features a circular Jacuzzi section at one corner and a small shallow section, surrounded by the spacious terrace area. There are ample seating options on the pool terrace, all of which are modern rattan furniture. Guests can find numerous sun loungers and parasols, an L-shaped sofa with a coffee table, and a satisfying large Balinese-style swinging daybed, situated underneath a canopy with black drapes for extra shade if needed. An outdoor shower is also provided.

There are two outdoor dining tables at either end of the terrace, one of which is alongside a convenient outdoor kitchen and bar area underneath a pergola, complete with a fridge, sink, bar stools, and a stone BBQ. Also, in this area sits a pool table, a dart board, and a table tennis table, perfect for some friendly competition.

The wrap-around roof terrace on the second floor, accessed via the master bedroom, presents an exciting rooftop bar with a fridge, cushioned rattan sofas, a table, and a parasol. All of this comes with unparalleled vistas, making this a flawless spot for evening drinks.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Things to note

The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. The pool heating fee is an extra £350 weekly.

Preferred changeover days are Saturdays.
