Makri Villa Our new villa, which has been put into service in the Fethiye region, can accommodate up to 8  people. Our villa is 2 kilometers from Fethiye's center, close to a market and a restaurant. Our villa has a large garden and a private swimming pool. Our villa is surrounded by greenery and is intertwined with nature. Furthermore, our villa has underfloor heating and can be rented in the winter. It is in a location where you can spend time with your family and friends while getting away from the monotony of the season. Bedrooms

1st Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioner, jacuzzi, a common use bathroom and WC.

2nd Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioner, a common use bathroom and WC.

3rd Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioner, Bathroom and WC.

4th Bedroom : Two single beds, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioner, Bathroom and WC.

Kitchen 

Dining table chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, built-in oven, kettle, water dispenser, dinnerware, cookware, and other kitchen equipment are available in the kitchen designed in the American kitchen style.

Living Room

There is a comfortable seating area, an LCD TV, air conditioning, and a wi-fi modem, as well as a satellite system. There is a door leading to the pool terrace.

Pool and Garden

There is private pool, sun loungers, parasols, furniture for grilling. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool, outside terrace and garden.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
