Villa Maba is located in Saribelen area of Kalkan. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. It is categorized as a conservative luxury villa. The property has 2 well-appointed bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom of the villa has a jacuzzi as well. The villa's interiors offers a comfortable living space, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table. The outdoor area includes a sheltered private pool, sun loungers, parasols, a hammock, a table tennis, children's playground, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and BBQ.

1. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony with a swing seat, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The modern living room features a sofa set, air conditioning, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a hammock, a table tennis, children's playground, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
