Villa Luz is one of two identical villas situated side by side in the Pinarbasi area of Kas. The property is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from the Kas town centre, providing easy access to restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. The villa features 2 well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, as well as sauna, hammam, indoor and outdoor pool facilities. The master bedroom boasts a jacuzzi. The bedrooms of the have furnished balconies or terraces, and the master bedroom's balcony includes a shallow pool with a rainfall feature leading to the main pool. The interiors of the villa are spacious and airy, with luxurious amenities throughout. Outside, there is ample space to relax during your stay. The pool terrace features a large swimming pool, sunbathing areas, and dining areas, providing a serene and comfortable environment.

Note : Villa Luz and Villa Lares are located next to each other, ideal for groups who wish to book more than one property together.

Note : The heating of the indoor pool and hammam will not be activated for the 2024 season.

1. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : First floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features an elegant L-shape sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. The indoor pool dimensions are 4.4m length, 3m width, 125cm depth. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
