Villa Luxury is located the Kalkan Kiziltas region. It has 7 bedrooms and a capacity of 14 people and has been designed with modern stylish furniture and offers magnificent sea views. Villa Luxury is close to the center of Kalkan and the beaches.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of £50 daily for 2024 season, £70 daily for 2025 season.

The American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, microwave oven, 4-burner cooker, hood, oven, electric kettle, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room

The living room has a modern sitting area, satellite receiver, LCD TV, internet modem, air conditioning, WC, and an exit to the pool terrace.

Pool and Garden

In the garden, there is a private swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols, table tennis, a dining table, comfy sofa, and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
