The property has 5 modern bedrooms sleeps up to 10 guests. Contemporary interior and exterior of the villa offers restful environment for its guests. Especially you can feel that while you are cooling off in the pool, enjoying drinks, watching sunset or reading book on the pool terrace. On the roof terrace there is also a open air double jacuzzi which will provide beautiful moments and relaxation while you are watching Kalkan.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
