Villa Lumiere 1 is located in Kiziltas area of Kalkan in an elevated position with marvellous views of Kalkan Bay out towards Mouse and Snake Islands from the first and second floors. The property has 4 modern bedrooms sleeps up to 8 guests. Contemporary interior and exterior of the villa offers restful environment for its guests. Especially you can feel that while you are cooling off in the pool, enjoying drinks, watching sunset or reading book on the pool terrace.

Note: If you are travelling with a larger group and would like to have more than one property nearby, Villa Lumiere 1 is situated next to Villa Lumiere 2, and close to Villa Lumiere 3, Villa Zeytouna, and Villa Al Nuzha.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace has a large swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, swing, table tennis, outdoor seating, shaded alfresco dining table and portable BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
