A recent addition to our collection for 2024, Villa Lucky is located in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan. It's got amazing sea views of Kalkan Bay and it's only a short 4-5 minute drive or a 25-30 minute walk to Kalkan's old town and beach clubs. This awesome property features 3 en-suite bedrooms, each with a furnished sea view balcony. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi, encased in glass windows to provide uninterrupted panoramic sea views. The living area and kitchen with a dining table for 6 people offer plenty of space and style. Outdoor area, the pool terrace has a private pool with jacuzzi jets, 3 sunbathing platforms and parasols on the shallow section of the pool. For outdoor relaxation, there's comfortable seating, a swing seat, a pergola-shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ with a kitchenette. On the left side of the property, you will also find a table tennis under shade.

Kitchen

Fully equipped American style kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, toaster, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool terrace.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious pool terrace features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, sunbathing platforms, parasols, outdoor seating, swing seat, table tennis, pergola-shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ with kitchenette. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
