It is only a couple of minutes drive or 15-20 minute walk to centre of Kalkan town, beaches and restaurants. The property has 5 stylish bedrooms that provide accommodation up to 10 guests. All bedrooms offer stunning views of Kalkan Bay. The villa has been designed and built contemporarily. It offers a spacious living space and an extensive outdoor space. On the pool terrace, it features a marvellous marble infinity pool. We can say that you will feel tranquility, relaxation and happiness at Villa London during your vacation.

Living Room

The lounge area comprises a fully open plan living space with elegant gray and black furnitures, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV. You can use complimentary wifi at the lounge area as well as other rooms. Sliding glass doors connect to pool terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully integrated and has all modern appliances like dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, built-in oven, hob and all the other utensils required during your stay. Washing machine is at a small utility room. Dinner table is positioned alongside the kitchen.

Pool and Garden

On the pool terrace, there is a large infinity pool with a shallow area, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating and al fresco dining table. A portable BBQ is situated in the garden area where is at the side of the villa. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
