Villa Liya is a semi-detached property situated in the Kalamar area of Kalkan. The property is located behind the Elixir Hotel and The Brothers Restaurant. It is just a 10-15 minute walk to Kalkan town centre. The restaurants on Kalamar Road, as well as the Migros and Macro Center supermarkets, are all within easy walking distance of this beautiful property. Villa Liya has three en-suite bedrooms, located on the first and second floors. The first floor double bedroom features a Juliette balcony, while the twin bedroom has a private balcony. The second floor bedroom boasts a private sea-facing terrace with two chairs, a table and a parasol. The ground floor houses the living, kitchen and dining areas, with a sliding glass door providing access to the pool terrace. The outdoor space includes a private L-shaped swimming pool and ample space for sunbathing.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : First floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom : Second/top floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom is situated under the eaves of the property.

Living Room

The living room features two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machines, kettle, oven, hob, dining table for 6 and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private L-shape swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, pergola shaded outdoor seating, pergola shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
