Villa Line 2, one of two adjacent and similar villas situated just above the Department of Forestry in Kas, offers exceptional sea views. These villas were constructed in 2023 and boast a prime location, just a 20-25 minute walk or a 4-5 minute drive to Kas town center and popular beach clubs such as Buyukcakil, Kucukcakil, and Pebble Beach Clubs. The villa is thoughtfully designed with four en-suite bedrooms. Two of the double bedrooms have private balconies that offer enchanting sea views. The remaining double bedroom features a sea-view terrace, furnished with a pair of sun loungers for relaxation. The first floor and rooftop double bedrooms are equipped with jacuzzis and large wall-mounted TVs as well, providing a luxurious experience. The villa also includes a heated indoor pool on the lower ground floor. The open-plan living/dining area is both spacious and luxurious, offering a plenty of space for guests to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of modern appliances, ensuring efficiency in your cooking experience. These areas lead to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors. The outdoor area features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
