We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Villa Lilia will be joining our portfolio for the 2024 season. Villa Lilia is a stunning four-bedroom villa in a highly sought-after and tranquil location, just a short 8-10 minute stroll from Kalkan’s vibrant town centre. The property comprises also a small refrigerator-freezer and kitchenette located at the top of the stairs. A glass door provides access to a roof terrace furnished with a dining table and four chairs, as well as built-in cushioned seating from which guests may enjoy the spectacular sea views. This magnificent property is brimming with character and has been thoughtfully and beautifully furnished with antique and bespoke pieces crafted by local artisans. This fantastic villa would be perfect for families or groups of friends, with its wonderful sea views from its generous balconies. It’s also close to the prestigious Regency Hotel and a short walk away from the many cafes, shops and restaurants that can be found along the Kalamar Road.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the first floor and the bedroom is equipped with a large private covered balcony, furnished with two sun loungers and a table and two chairs, which affords guests the opportunity to appreciate the sea views.

2. Bedroom : Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC. Situated on the first floor.

3. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC. Situated on the second floor and the bedroom is equipped with a large private covered balcony, furnished with two sun loungers and a table and two chairs, which affords guests the opportunity to appreciate the sea views.

4. Bedroom : Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table. A separate shower room is available for this room, located next door. Situated on the third floor.

Living Room

The living room features a L-shape sofa, a coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There's also a cloakroom for guests' use on this floor. There's a washing machine in the adjacent walk-in cupboard. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
