Villa Lemar, located in the Kalamar district of Kalkan, is a fantastic property with fabulous sea views of Kalamar Bay. It has 3 en-suite bedrooms, each with sea views. One of the bedrooms has a jacuzzi. The living room is cozy with a fireplace and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool is just perfect for chilling out and enjoying the day.  The pool terrace serves as the perfect spot for savouring the breathtaking views whilst swimming in the pool. The beach clubs in the area, like Kalamar, Lures and Kulube Hotel Beach Clubs, are just a short 3-4 minute walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants are within an 8-10 minute walk and the town center is a 25-30 minute walk or a quick 5-6 minute drive.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dinig table, and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large swimming pool where you can enjoy the day. The pool terrace comprises sun loungers, parasols, two benches, floor cushion area and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
