Villa Lalin is conveniently located in Kalamar area of Kalkan. It is just a 15-minute walk to Kalamar, Lures and Kulube Beach Clubs and 20 minute walk to Kalkan town center. Closest supermarket and restaurants on Kalamar road can be reached within 5 minute stroll. The property has 3 en-suite bedrooms and a rooftop double jacuzzi. The interiors are modern and cozy with well-equipped living, dining areas and kitchen featuring the latest amenities. Outside, Villa Lalin features a lovely sun terrace with a private swimming pool that includes a jacuzzi section which can also be  used as children's pool. The sun terrace is also equipped sun loungers, parasols, outdoor daybed, a swing seat, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi section which can also be used as children's pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor daybed, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
