Villa La Mer is located in elevated position in Kordere district of Kalkan and it offers breathtaking sea views from every corner. It's only a short 6 minute drive to the old town of Kalkan and the beach clubs. This gorgeous villa houses 4 en-suite bedrooms, each offering great views of the sea even from the bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms features its own jacuzzi baths. The inside of Villa La Mer is very spacious and bright. The living area, kitchen, and dining space are all open and inviting. This makes it a great place for everyone to gather and spend time together.The exterior of Villa La Mer features a large sun terrace, including swimming pool with jacuzzi section and children's pool section. The other facilities of the sun terrace are sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

Note : Baby cot can be supplied if requested and Miniature shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner and hand soap will be provided on arrival.

Note : The villa is accessed by a number of steps, so it may not be suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

The living room features comfy sofa set, coffee table, fireplace, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a large private swimming pool with jacuzzi section and children's pool section, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
