Our villa is located on the Kas Cukurbag Peninsula and is very close to the sea. It has a total of 3 bedrooms and has an accommodation capacity of 6 people. Our villa is located 8.5 km from the center of Kas. The distance from the location of our villa to the large pebble and small pebble beaches in the center of Kas is approximately 9.1 km. Our villas are extremely luxurious and they are regularly maintained and cleaned so that you can have a hassle-free holiday. The key feature of the property is a private beach as well as private pool. The beach club style bathing area is accessed by steps, and then a gently sloping pathway, and is just moments away from the main property.

Includes a comfortable seating group, an LCD TV, air conditioning and complimentary wi-fi and a satellite system. There is an access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The American style kitchen includes a dining table, a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, microwave, oven, kettle, dinnerware, and all other necessary utensils.

Pool and Garden

The pool area includes a private swimming pool, 6 comfortable sun loungers, parasols, a cabana, a dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
