The extensive pool terrace has a stunning infinity pool, table tennis table and spacious shaded alfresco dining space with BBQ so you can enjoy long summer days outdoors. Note: Outdoor pool of the Villa Kyra can be heated upon request. Daily pool heating fee is 30 GBP.

Living Room

The bright living room is fronted by large glass windows which frame the sea views and allow direct access to the terrace. This room is fully air conditioned and perfect for relaxing and entertaining the whole group. The furnishings in this room comprise of a seating group, TV and separate WC.

Kitchen

The contemporary kitchen sits to the side of the living room, arranged in one large space as open plan. Featuring a lovely indoor dining area this kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

To the front and side of the villa is an amazing pool terrace with a large infinity pool and integrated jacuzzi where smaller children can also paddle. To the rear of the terrace is an elongated alfresco dining area with a bar and stools, large corner seating group and outdoor dining table with built-in BBQ. For relaxing under the sun ample sun loungers and a hammock are provided and our guests can enjoy playing table tennis too. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
