Villa Kumsal Evi is a recent addition to our collection for 2024. This magnificent 2-bedroom villa is situated amidst the breathtakingly beautiful scenery of Kalamar Bay. This beautiful property is located just above the renowned Kulube Beach Club so you can be at the sea in next to no time. The entrance level of the property will take your breath away with its amazing shaded bar area, outdoor dining space and BBQ. These are the perfect spots to soak up the stunning scenery through the villa’s distinctive archways. You'll love relaxing in these beautiful spots! This level is truly special! It has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that let you enjoy seamless access to the living and kitchen areas and to one of the villa’s bedrooms. The interior of the property features a double-height gallery hallway, which displays bespoke artwork, leading to a comfortable living space, which is equipped with a Smart TV and sound system. The villa’s first double bedroom is situated on the terrace level, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy sea views from the bed. Direct access to the terrace is provided by floor-to-ceiling glass doors, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors in comfort. The second double bedroom, accessed via a custom-built staircase, is situated on the next level. This floor also provides access to the roof terrace. The hallway continues onward to a hallway leading to a luxurious and intimate spa room/relaxation area, which has a freestanding bathtub, daybed, fluffy bathrobes and towels. The bedroom offers wonderful sea views and  is equipped with a range of thoughtful amenities, including electronically-controlled shutters and blinds, a convenient workspace, a coffee machine and a compact refrigerator. The roof terrace is furnished with a stunning handmade parasol, two sumptuous designer armchairs and a coffee table. Outside, the pool terrace is accessible via approximately 15 steps. It is furnished with four loungers, two side tables, a swing seat and large parasols. The pool, accessed by Roman-style steps, features a captivating waterfall flowing from the 'cave' pool above. A charming mural-adorned wall at one end of the main pool provides both privacy from the adjacent property and aesthetic appeal. The uniquely designed cave pool offers a unique setting from which to savour unrivaled sea vistas, framed by an ivy-clad archway. There is also a shower room right next to the cave pool. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board at the rear, accessed externally.

The living room features a plush sofa set, a cosy pouff, coffee table,  air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, cave pool, sun loungers, parasols an a swing seat. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
