The pool terrace is generously spacious, featuring a private pool, table tennis and table football. The beach clubs in the area, such as Kalkan Beach Park, Green Beach, and Mahal Beach Club, are just a 6-7 minute walk away. There is a market conveniently located nearby. Kalkan town center can be reached within approximately a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
