Villa Korsan Tas Bahce is a captivating stone property nestled in the serene Lykia Estate of Kalkan. It offers a rare and enviable frontline position, with the pool and terrace seemingly floating above the water's edge, separated only by the pinky-gold rocks from the shimmering sea. Surrounded by the tranquility of olive groves, this characteristic stone villa offers unparalleled privacy and relaxation. Yet, Kalkan town center, with its shops, restaurants, and bars, is just a 10-minute walk away, providing the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Meticulously designed to cater to your every need, Villa Korsan Tas Bahce features 3 well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The galeried master bedroom on the first floor with an extensive balcony which includes outdoor seating and sun loungers, the twin bedroom on the ground floor, and the second double bedroom on the garden level, accessed via a staircase from the pool terrace, ensure ample space and privacy for all. The outdoor space is truly exceptional, with a generously sized pool and terrace that invite you to swim, sunbathe, and leave the stresses of daily life behind. Imagine sipping your morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking sea views or hosting alfresco dinners under the stars.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the first floor.

2. Bedroom : Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the ground floor.

3. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the garden(Annexe) level.

Living Room

The spacious living area features a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a side table, air conditioning, fireplace, flat screen TV(limited English channels), DVD player, Bluetooth speaker and complimentary wifi. A washing machine can also be found on this floor. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, a round dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The expansive pool terrace has a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, comfy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seatings, al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
