Villa Kivi, located in the serene Kordere area of Kalkan, is a mere 10-minute drive from the town centre of Kalkan which is teeming with a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, and beach clubs. The property offers unparalleled sea and mountain views from every angle while its secluded design ensures maximum privacy. The villa houses 2 double bedrooms on the first floor, one of which is enhanced with a jacuzzi. There is a heated indoor pool, strategically positioned between the bedrooms which offers breathtaking sea views. The interiors have a sleek finish, complete with characteristic stone walls, a spacious living area, a dining area and a kitchen. The particularly expansive terrace has a sheltered swimming pool that includes a shallow area for children or those wishing to dip their toes in. It is also equipped with sun loungers, parasols, two swing seats, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ.

Note : The heating of the indoor pool is included in the price. It will be available from 1st November to 30th April.

The living room includes comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table, fireplace and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace with swimming pool features sun loungers, parasols, swing seats, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
