Recent addition to our collection for 2024, Villa Kazarman is located in the serene Ortaalan area of Kalkan. Built in 2022, this beautiful villa showcases modern design and luxurious amenities. It's located just a 13-15 minute walk from the town center and beach clubs, and a short 5-minute walk from Migros supermarket. The villa offers 4 tastefully furnished en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom ups the luxury quotient with its own jacuzzi. The first-floor bedrooms each feature a furnished balcony, providing sea views. The second-floor bedroom has a large furnished terrace that offers even more breathtaking vistas of the sea. This level also houses a sauna and hammam, adding to the villa's luxurious offerings. The interior of Villa Kazarman is spacious and stylishly designed. The living area, complete with a cozy fireplace, flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas, providing a welcoming space for you to relax and dine. Moving outside, Villa Kazarman unveils a host of outdoor features. The sun terrace features a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Shaded outdoor seating, a swing seat, and an outdoor daybed offer multiple spots for relaxation. It also offers a table tennis, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seatings, an outdoor daybed, a swing seat, a table tennis, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
