The contemporary property has 3 bedrooms and it provides accommodation for up to 6 guests. Villa Kalkan Sare has been designed carefully and decorated stylishly. You can ideally enjoy sea view from pool terrace and master bedroom with jacuzzi.

Elegantly designed kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, dining table, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Pool and  Garden 

Spacious outside area has a large swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
