Villa Just is located in Kisla area of Kalkan. Our villa, which provides you with an ideal vacation opportunity, has a stunning view of Kalkan. Guests will feel very comfortable in our villa because it is a conservative villa option. Villa Just has 5 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 10 people, and each room has its own bathroom and toilet. All of the furnishings in our villa, which has a bright and spacious structure and will provide you with a peaceful holiday, are modern and comfortable. Our rental villa has a large garden with plenty of green space, a 12-meter long private swimming pool, sunbathing area, trampoline, table tennis, barbecue, and dining area, and is close to the sea and the center. Villa Just, our luxury nature rental villa, is 1.5 kilometers from Kalkan's center and only 750 meters from the sea. In this villa, where you can see the unique colors of the sunset, you will have a peaceful holiday.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of £60 daily for 2024 season, £70 daily for 2025 season.

Kitchen

Our villa's large American kitchen will make you feel at home in your own kitchen. In addition, there is air conditioning, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, an oven, a 4-cooker set, a dining table, pans, pots, and so on in the kitchen. We provide you with the opportunity to work with kitchen tools.

Living Room:

A spacious living room with a stylish seating group, air conditioning, television, internet, satellite, armchair, and coffee table awaits you in Villa Just's living room. There is a door leading to the pool terrace.

Terrace and Pool

Our villa's pool is sheltered so that it cannot be seen from the outside, providing you with a peaceful and pleasant pool experience. Private swimming pool for you, with sunbeds and parasols.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
