Villa Istanblue, situated in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, offers convenient proximity to the town center with just a 15-minute walk as well as being a short 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarkets. This elegant villa has been recently refurbished to highest standarts and features 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms have balconies. And the rooftop bedroom further provides a terrace furnished with outdoor seating corner, swing seat and open air jacuzzi.  The living room is complemented by a fireplace and there is a well-equipped kitchen. The pool terrace of the property is complete with a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating and a shaded al fresco dining area under a pergola.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, pergola-shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
