It is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Kalkan town centre and a 3-minute drive from the nearest supermarkets such as Migros, A101, and Bim. The villa itself is a treasure trove of amenities. It is equipped with a heated indoor pool, a sauna for utter relaxation, a gym area for maintaining fitness routines, a table tennis setup for fun-filled evenings, and a rooftop jacuzzi for unwinding under the stars. The accommodation is comprised of 4 en-suite bedrooms, yet the villa has the capacity to sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. Additional sleeping arrangements are available in the form of sofa beds able to accommodate 4 people in the main living area and a further sofa bed nestled in the master bedroom. The interior features a spacious living room and a contemporary open-plan kitchen, ideal for social gatherings. Outside, the villa offers an expansive pool terrace with a swimming pool, a pergola-shaded outdoor day bed for lazy afternoons, and ample outdoor seating for taking meals alfresco or simply relishing the breathtaking views.

Pool terrace with swimming pool features comfy sun loungers, parasols, pergola-shaded outdoor day bed, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table, table tennis and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
