Villa in the Sky is a modern property with 5 bedrooms for up to sleep 10 guests. It is located in an elevated position above Kalkan. It is approximately 5 minute drive from Kalkan town centre. Villa in the Sky offers anything, and probably more than what you’d expect from a holiday home – a well-equipped kitchen with easy access to the pool terrace; an infinity pool, and a spacious pool terrace well-equipped with sunbeds, parasols, an alfresco dining table and BBQ. There is also games room with a sofa  and chairs can be found on the lower terrace. This room is accessed through sliding doors and offers a treadmill, an exercise bike, yoga and pilates equipment. The large smart TV offers Premier League Football and there is a PS4 gaming console too, together with table football, a darts board and board games so something to keep all age groups fully entertained.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra 35 GBP daily.

Living room includes  comfortable furnitures, coffee table, air conditioning, dining table, flat screen satellite TV, complimentary internet. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Elegantly designed kitchen features a breakfast bar, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, water cooler, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large infinity pool and integrated jacuzzi.  Pool terrace comprise comfy sun loungers, parasols, sofas, dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
