We are delighted to announce the recent addition to our portfolio for the 2024-2025 season, Villa Husam. This recently refurbished property is located in an amazing location in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. The villa is conveniently located just a short, 10-12 minute walk from Kalkan town centre, restaurants, shops and bars. It is also within easy reach of the town's Migros supermarket. The villa features four en-suite bedrooms, two jacuzzis, a private swimming pool, a cinema room and a games room with table tennis, table football and a dart board. The accommodation layout is as follows: The ground floor which is the entrance level is located just a few steps from the street. When you get to the property, you will be greeted by a games room to the left as well as a bar area with a fridge and a chaise longue. The first bedroom of the villa is a spacious double bedroom which is located on this floor. This bedroom features a jacuzzi bath and a separate en-suite shower room and a balcony. The lower ground floor is accessed via the stairs, where you will find the kitchen, living area and dining area. This level also boasts a cinema room with a projector and large cushions on the floor. You will also find a further shower room off the cinema room. The pool terrace can also be accessed via sliding glass doors from this level. The stairs lead down to the lower ground floor, which can also be accessed via a side gate (there is parking next to the gate). The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, each with an alcove window leading to a balcony with two chairs and a small table that can be used inside or out. One of the bedrooms features a free-standing jacuzzi, and each bedroom has an en-suite shower. The top floor comprises a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and sliding doors that lead out onto a covered balcony with two sun loungers. Additionally, the property features a compact kitchenette with a sink, which opens out onto a larger roof terrace.

Living Room

The living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and two armchairs, as well as a coffee table and a flat-screen TV with English-language channels. The sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, water cooler, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar with two stools, dining table for 8 and all the utensils required during your self catering stay. The utility room, located off the kitchen, is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board and an airer.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating area, a swing seat, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
