Modern kitchen area features a/an breakfast bar/island unit, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, dining table, oven, hob and all the utensils required for a self catering holiday.

Open plan with contemporary marble flooring comprises L-shape sitting set, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV, air conditioning and complimentary internet. Step out from the living room through glass doors onto the pool terrace.

Terrace and Pool

The main pool terrace has a private pool with jacuzzi section and an integrated children’s pool. Additionally, there is a large terrace for sunbathing and relaxing, which includes sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
